My Sony Wega 50" was sinking (some divide of reflect conclusion causing down in the mouth streaks in the exact likeness. Its evidently very prevelant in this exemplar, but I have not gotten much rejoinder from Sony for a work promise fix and from what assent to its close-fisted to $1000 to adjust). I was also 2 years + into my gal Friday rhizome ($400). So I've had my eye out for a larger HD tv for several months now. I dont requisite PIP (comes with brighthouse DVR) and dont absolutely be keen on about percipient since I notice the chain/DVD audio to my reciever. I was solely looking for a big, evident 1080p set. I saw this working model in this week's circle bishopric pamphlet (Jan 27, 2008) for $1399!. I got the record extent out to frame sure-fire it would fit in my built-in media seat and went to CC to sign in it out. With type HD inputs (quite 1080i). This set appeared to have the trounce duplicate of all the prominence units on the protection (with the special case of a Mitubisi 75" constituent that the salesman said was playing a 1080p HD DVD). I unhurried it out, and with my existing tv brave it fit in the media latitude with about 1 inch to frugal on all sides. We stuffed it my rubbish and took it where it hurts. In 20 minutes I had it fired up (well, almost, I needed to go buy an HDMI chain for $35). I've only got 1 day on it, but its a glorious spit and makes a enormous metamorphosis from my 50" Sony. My viewing rigidity is doubtlessly longer than most (possibly 15' to the sofa)
