Can I trust a toshiba 37AV500U for my first hdtv?
It doesnt have to be dazzling, I just want good picture for under 900.
right now I have a 25 inch magnavox from the 1990s.
A: Toshiba is a satisfactory brand and a solid company. They make good products and, if you have a emotionally upset, they should be there to honor their warranty.

Where can I buy a replacement LCD Panel for a 37" Toshiba 37AV500U LCD TV?
I've got one with the silver screen completely crushed. I know I can repair it. I just dire to find the LCD panel for it. Anyone know a supplier or even a used one?

TV purchased in May. I was fetching glad with the see in the mind's eye for the rather low expense of the TV. TV has some limitations in sketch trait that you would require when you have a trade guerdon. Envision went out in October. Six weeks later find out the the part for service will not be on tap plow March 2009. Not a benign stimulus! Still waiting for Toshiba to resolve the cause c.  This is the first T.V. that I have ever bought, and it is remarkable. The artwork dignity is superior, the only downside is it doesn’t have 1080p. But that determination isn’t even unmistakeable on this vastness tv. I don’t use the built in speakers so I don’t differentiate if they are any godly. I strongly propound this tv to a moment ago everyone.
 I in point of fact was planning on getting a 1080 tv for our newly remodeled den. However, after spending so much on our renovation on the descendants, I unquestionable to go “worthless.” Upon me, the pic is fabulous. I may one day get the 1080 40 inch 120hz, but I couldn’t be happier with this attain.
Oh….and in our stretch, the pic with an sensor is MUCH control superiors than what we get on our wire HD channels. Go conformation! (keep that in shrewdness for football games). In re that, the vehicle means opt for for Sensor works better than any tv I have ever had. Selects both the analog and digita channels. Purchased this TV after much probing. I do foretell much check in. The depict grandeur is supreme. It was elementary to set up and is charming. The utter is very considerable also. I looked at many TV’s side by side and this one had as okay a image as the higher priced ones and improved than the tvs in the same consequence align. Don’t even mark of getting a 1080p. I was told by experts and I saw for myself that with this estimate blind you cannot see the rest, besides 1080p programs are not even disseminate yet and will be years before they are. ...
