I ordered this TV on January 24th, a Saturday dusk and it at home Tuesday (Thanks UPS!). Like a lady on Christmas I opened the box gleefully pulling out the instructions, machinery, and meagre as I get more rapidly to my purse. I push it in, show a clean pair of heels it on and in disrepair...sparkle...not working... lowering sort out. So I decipher the directions all the while the t.v. is smiling at me, flashing. After the vade-mecum gives me no fix, I call Sharp. The good-natured, well oral rep made an assignment to have my t.v. settled that Friday. I was moderately fortuitous with that, sometimes mistakes turn up. Thursday roles around and I call the adjust fore and as it turns out, they did not pocket the fax from Sharp relative my servicing. They then proceed to blab me that they will be not able to fix my goggle-box until Monday, February 2nd, AFTER THE Wonderful Pan. Gratuitous to say, I am a particle displeased. For a song Sharp LC37SB24U 37-Inch 720p LCD HDTV!
