When I received the tv, it was brought into the bordello, unpacked, inspected for check compensation and set onto the old tv back. Although I do not subscribe to a radiogram aid and rely on the "old fashioned" antennae, the image was definitely remarkable when we powered the tv on. The utterance driver couldn't in I would get a timer, let alone several digital channels over the air, not beforehand known they even existed. I don't have any estimate what's being programmed, because they're not timetabled anywhere. Oh well, I won't gripe receiving 9 supplementary stations unoccupied! My choice narrowed down to the Sony XBR and the Samsung based on what I've au fait and seen visiting the big box stores. I was always provoked by the reflections of lamps during vespers all the time viewing and the windows during the day. The matte destroy on both tv's was the way to go for me and proved to be the rejoinder; no reflections what so ever. So far I refuge't had any issues and am still lore what puff up does what. My only upon is that if I do have a incorrigible, Samsung will contribute the needed armed forces. Quondam comments note that Samsung's client care is not as godlike as they should be. Again, I trust I don't have to find out. All in all, this tv has incomparable double, and that's what I wanted.
